Taken from the Crumbs and Chaos blog recipe (picture also borrowed) for brownie batter dip, I decided to make a lighter version...that my friends would still like!
Makes 6 servings
- 8 oz tub 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese
- 6 oz greek yogurt (I did the vanilla flavor)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup(ish) flour
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- box of animal crackers for dipping...or fruit...or your finger.
Nutrition: 342 calories per serving for dip with remarkably little fat.
Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and greek yogurt. Add powdered sugar and continue to blend, flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Wantonly toss the chocolate chips on top. Use animal crackers, strawberries, graham crackers, etc. as the vehicle for this dip.
